Cover Girl

Photobucket
The beautiful Sasha Pivovarova for Vogue Australia. The cover looks very soft and gentle like I like that Sasha's look are versatile. She can look so nice and sweet in one editorial but in another she looks like a girl that will rip your heart out and eat it. On another note, sorry about the lack of post school has just started and this is my senior year so it will be hectic, but I will try to keep my post consistent.

I decided to put up an editorial since I haven't posted one in a while. While on fashiongonerogue I found these three. I initially was going to put up the Frida one for Vogue Nippon but I saw the two other ones, and couldn't not post them. Well the first one is Sasha Pivovarova with Natasa Vojnovic for Vogue Paris the issue was April 2006 photographer Craig McDean. I love the whole bridezilla theme. The second one is Frida Gustavsson for Vogue Nippon June 2010 photographed by Andreas Sjodin and styled by Sabino Pantone. This editorial makes me love spring more and more. Frida was the perfect model for this, she looks very angelic, fragile almost but it works well with the flowers and light colors. The third one is Raquel Zimmermann, Caroline Trentini, and Nicholas Hoult(tony!) also for Vogue Nippon June 2010, photographed by Ellen von Unwerth and styled by the one and only lovely Miss Grace Coddington. Even though i really don't like Raquel because she seems to be every where and gets quite annoying I can't say I dislike her here and I love seeing tony I mean Nicholas in the editorial I miss him on skins and he looks really cute.

Top models

1. Abbey Lee Kershaw, the australian beauty is my favorite model at the moment she looks different and i love that she has a nose ring, it's quite cute actually.
2. Sasha Pivovarova, first model I ever actually liked and did research on I practically saved every editorial she had. She is stunning very distinguished.
3. Edita Vilkeviciute, when I saw the blumarine campaign she did for f/w 09 I believe, it was love at first sight her face is very interesting, she looks really innocent yet mysterious.
4. Anna Selezneva, at first I thought wow this girl is too skinny even for a model but I don't know how she started growing on me and now I love seeing her in editorials.
5. Frida Gustvasson, I love that she is 16 and her birthday(june 6th) is only 18 days before mines, but recently everyone one has seen what a beauty she is and it's kinda getting overrated but no matter what i'll always have a place for her in my heart.
6. Natasha Poly, seeing her in most of the runway shows and how she has mastered the perfection of walking she stuck out to me and haven't been able to not notice her, as i immediately see her i'm all like natasha!!
7. Siri Tollerød, From her really blonde hair to her bleached eyebrowns this girl is simply amazing that's all that needs to be said about her.
8. Maryna Linchuk, having most of her editorials posted in my wall and watching her millions of times on the Dior Cherie commercial I just enjoy seeing her everywhere she seems so sweet I can't help but wishing to be friends.

I am your barbie doll

Another Sasha editorial (: this one is for morning beauty by Steven Meisel. She looks absolutely stunning, I think lady gaga had some part of inspiration in the styling *hint* look at the button hair style. Sasha looks flawless almost like a real life barbie, and the print in the border in some pictures makes them look even better. You can never go wrong with Sasha as your model, just saying.

The lovely Sasha Pivovarova is featured in this editorial for Interview magazine february. This as you can see is very colorful and messy, lots of graffiti as well. The editorial features many Balenciaga pieces, but the shoes are Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Miu Miu. I loved all the artsy-ness of the editorial and sasha just makes it even more perfect.
